Step-Fathers Day Dinner

Later in the day dinner was started.

Yes, it was Yumm.

Grill Chicken that was marinated in an

herb-wine marinade.

A very simple summer salad

Summer Orzo with Garlic Scapes

Putting all of this together...

A perfect table leads to a perfect plate

What better to go with all of this than some Peach Mint Ice Tea

Followed by a berry dessert

This was all Yumm

Later on in the evening my husband and I settle with a 

glass of  Wine and a movie.

Until the next awesome meal is served....

Father's Day Breakfast or I should say Step-Father's Day Breakfast.

As everyone knows Sunday was Fathers Day. I before my awesome 2 kids traveled to Cheyenne to see there father, we had a Step-Father's Day breakfast.

It began with the prepping, of course..

So, I had a total of 6 eggs, leftover bread, plenty of spice, and pork.

Home made breakfast sausage was a great side kick.

Along with that was some French Toast

Breakfast is served

All of this with Milk, Water, or Coffee. Everyone had a

different favorite for drinks.

OK as I've always stated before...

Mom's Day

I could not have asked for a better day. It was a little odd because two kids could make it due to weather.  Flowers, muffins, and The Mainline for dinner.  Hush puppies were just one item on the menu.

Followed by fried ocra, lox benidict. 

Everyone had a different dessert.  From banana pudding in a madon jar to donuts and coffee ice cream. 

Quick Dinner

Well it's eighth-grade orientation night at my daughters future high school. So we picked up a quick dinner.

So today was a LONG day.  That didn't stop me from gathering a few yumm ingredients. BBQ dry rub and pork ribs.

What's goes good with roasted Anaheim peppers?   A little bit of cheddar cheese, a hamburger patty.  Add some bread and homade mayo.   OMG.
