PTonight was curry chicken and rice. With fiddleheads and sea greens.  

Something new and old

Well today I made strawberry and Watercrest cucumber sandwiches, that was a something new. The something old , as I was walking through whole foods, oh my gosh, I found fiddleheads and I picked some up. They were kind of expensive though but they were worth it

Its about time I start blogging again.  So, i woke up today craving tomato and mozzerela.  Capri Salad is perfect.  Oh, and dont forget the Balsic reduction.
