In the mood...

Have you ever wanted to fix a big dinner because you are in the mood? 

Well, that was me today. 

I blame it on the bird, after all 'The Bird Is The Word.'  

The turkey entered the oven at 8 am, 

the herded potatoes were in the crock pot by 8:15am,

the bread was together by 8:30am. 

By the time 1pm rolled around the turkey, potatoes, and bread were done. 

So, it was time for the citrus gravy. This was a YUMMM.  

My boyfriend drove up from Ft Collins to enjoy this delicious dinner 

as well as, 

one of my oldest daughter's friends. 

And for dessert Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting from Ft Collins.
