The kids went back for 2nds

16 year old

Fort Collins Inspired

Dinner tonight was inspired by Patrick in Fort Collins

His lunch was 

Roasted Pepper & Chevre Soup

With Jamaican jerk turkey and Cheddar Sandwich.

This sounded very Awesome.

So, for dinner I fixed

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Bisque Soup

With

3 Meat w/cheese 

(salami, pepperoni, roast beef

provolone, swiss or american (kids choice regarding cheese))

 on a Cheddar Loaf.

What did the kids think?

Yumm!

More Like Lunch

I'm thinking lunch today.

I had lunch with a good friend from church.

Need I say awesome.

 We ate at a local diner that use to be a caboose.

My meal was a green chili cheeseburger, homemade fries

for dessert:  

Bread Pudding.

This is a very new dish for us.

I first prepared this Saturday night for

Tonight the kids stated the same thing 'YUMM'

 I really didn't want a repeat from last week.

So, KFC here we come.
